From the moment you approach the front desk, you are greeted by a receptionist with a warm and welcoming smile. It is truly an awesome experience to visit a dental office where the staff genuinely cares so much about their patients. I had a wonderful experience during both of my visits to Mosaic Dentistry. The staff are welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Today was extra special because the wonderful dental hygienist, *Jiemme* took exceptional care of my teeth. She answered all of my questions along the way and made sure I was comfortable and satisfied with my cleaning. My teeth were so clean and shiny afterward! The entire experience felt like a spa day. As soon as you walk in - the amazing experience commences. Everyone there is exceptional and always smiling! If you’re like me and have dentist phobia - this is the place for you. Always accommodating - (they keep ESPN on for me) - they have a litany of comfort options from warm blankets, tea, to a nice warm towel to clean off your face after they put those 24 carat gold fronts in your grill. (That’s a joke) But all jokes aside - Mosaic is an awesome establishment which I highly recommend! From the front desk - the Dr’s and Assistants - to the awesome crew in the back - specifically Aaliyah and Paige. If you go - tell em Prince sent you…. lol

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Dental Care and a Wonderful Team! We moved to Orlando in October 2024 and chose Mosaic Dental Center after extensive research, particularly because of Dr. Sonia Simmonds’ qualifications, experience, and the convenient location. After nearly two years and many visits, we couldn’t be happier with our decision. In 2025, I decided to take care of several long-pending dental needs, including a wisdom tooth extraction and crowns for damaged upper and lower right molars, all done by Dr. Simmonds. I also have regular three-month cleanings with Wayne, my hygienist, who has been one of the best I’ve experienced in a long time. He is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and especially gentle, making my frequent visits easy and comfortable. Most recently, I had some discomfort around one of my crowns. Wayne identified a gap, and Dr. Simmonds later determined that the crown had shifted and needed to be replaced. She explained that it was still under warranty and would be replaced at no cost. When she wasn’t completely satisfied with the fit of the replacement at my previous visit, she had it remade to ensure a proper fit. Today, the new crown was placed, and both Dr. Simmonds and I were completely satisfied with the result. Dani assisted during these visits and was also friendly, knowledgeable, and very competent. Dr. Simmonds is not only an excellent dentist but also a caring and attentive professional who takes great care of both my wife and me. She has clearly built a wonderful team around her. Highly recommended—excellent dental care, attention to detail, and a genuinely caring team!

I had an emergency visit regarding pain coming from my bridge. I do have a receding Gum Above the back tooth inside the bridge. This was causing exposure and sensitivity near The root of the tooth. Dr. Sosa was able to clean the area and place a filling around that exposed area. So I did not lose my bridge and the pain subsided. Excellent visit. I’ve been going to Dr. Simmons office for almost 15 years. I highly recommend them.
