Dr. Kiara Disla is a compassionate and skilled Orlando dentist dedicated to delivering exceptional dental care with warmth and understanding. A proud first-generation college graduate and dentist from a Dominican American family, Dr. Disla combines her strong sense of community with her passion for helping others achieve healthy, confident smiles.

Born in Queens, New York, and raised in Orlando, Florida, Dr. Disla discovered her love for dentistry early in life. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida, followed by her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from Howard University College of Dentistry, where she graduated in the top 10% of her class and was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society—an honor reserved for students who demonstrate outstanding academic and ethical excellence.

Dr. Disla’s journey with Mosaic Dental Center began in 2015, when she joined the team as an intern. Her dedication, compassion, and attention to detail quickly earned her recognition, leading her to advance to the role of Dental Assistant and ultimately become an Associate Dentist. Over the past decade, she has grown alongside Mosaic Dental Center, contributing to its mission of providing exceptional dental care to families throughout Orlando, FL.

Dr. Disla believes in creating a welcoming, judgment-free environment where patients feel heard, informed, and empowered to take charge of their oral health. Whether she’s performing preventive care, cosmetic dentistry, or restorative treatments, her goal is always to provide gentle, high-quality care with lasting results. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Disla enjoys traveling, exploring diverse cuisines, maintaining an active fitness lifestyle, and spending quality time with her family. As the middle child among three siblings, she deeply values family connections and strives to bring that same sense of care and community into her dental practice.
