Dr. Sonia Simmonds is a proud graduate of Howard University College of Dentistry, where she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree in 1999. She went on to complete an additional year of hospital-based advanced dental surgery and comprehensive dental care residency at Howard University Hospital.

As the founder of Mosaic Dental Center in Orlando, FL, Dr. Simmonds is dedicated to delivering exceptional family and cosmetic dentistry through the latest technology and a patient-first approach. She is also a proud member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.

Beyond her professional achievements, Dr. Simmonds is the proud wife of Dr. Alric Simmonds, MD, and a devoted mother to her three children—AJ, Seth, and Sariah. As both a dentist and a mother, she understands the unique dental needs of families and takes pride in providing gentle, compassionate care for patients of all ages. Her caring nature and attention to detail have earned her a reputation as one of the friendliest and most trusted dentists in Orlando. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, art, reading and spending quality time with her family.
