The office manager, Micki, is outstanding—whenever I need to submit a refund claim, she takes care of the entire process for me. The spa like feel, warm hospitality and precision dental care were unlike any other dental experience I have ever had. You begin with a tour of the facility and details of their hygienic practices, all of which is cumulated by the expertise of Dr. Simmons and staff delivery of dental care. They explain exactly what treatments are needed and NOT needed. The detail of care provided by her staff was amazing. Looking forward to the next dental experience!!!

Excellent experience at Mosaic! The front office and clinical team went above and beyond to work with my very limited schedule, Piera and Drea, and I think there was another young lady that I spoke with also, to get me in for a cleaning — which truly meant a lot.

Angel was gentle and warm and friendly, Gumana was informative, thorough and provided an excellent cleaning, and Dr. Mehtani has wonderful bedside manner that immediately put me at ease.

I’m a tough critic, and I honestly have nothing negative to say. The office is clean, professional, and welcoming. Highly recommend, 10/10!

10 out of 10 every time! I've been going here for a long time. Will drive over an hour away just for my dental needs. My hygienist Wayne is always nice and professional! If I ever have to move further away where I'm forced to find another dentist office, I'm sure it is really hard for me to find better than Mosaic Dental Center.

My experience at Simmonds Dental has been positive and every visit I am made to feel welcomed with genuine care. With being greeted by the attendants at the front desk as I walk in, to the personal interactions with Dr. Simmonds herself and the dental assistants. I receive quality care and any questions I might have are answered. I never recommended a dentist before now. Dr. Simmonds office does not only offer quality care, but their attention to guest satisfaction leaves you feeling valued. I will be continuing to visit Sr. Simmonds and the team, even as I move 40 minutes away to my new place. It's worth the drive 🙂

Very pleasant, takes time with vleaning

Hands-down, the best dental experience I’ve ever had! They were so gentle, welcoming, and very reassuring. I have sensory issues and usually I feel like my gums are extremely irritated, and my mouth is uncomfortable after just a basic cleaning, but not with them! First time in my life, I can say I enjoyed my experience at the dentist

Updated as of January, 2026. Dr. Simmonds and her team remain our favorite dental practice. Everyone in the practice delivers a world class patient experience. They go out of their way to ensure your comfort and care. It is hard to imagine that there is any practice in Orlando that can provide a better experience. My wife and I are 110% satisfied with the care we receive and the team we interact with. Highly recommend Mosaic!

Had my first visit to Dr. Simmonds office today and it was an incredible customer experience. From the exceptionally helpful person at the front desk (Drea) who made me feel very welcome, was extremely helpful and supportive of the new patient sign in process, to my Dental Assistant (Ty) who went out of her way to make me feel comfortable with the office and the procedures, to Dr,. Simmonds who is a wonderfully talented, caring and compassionate doctor. It was a real pleasure meeting everyone and becoming a patient in their practice.

The best dentist I ever been to. They are very welcoming and even have a packet to request things. But shout out to Germanna for making my teeth look amazing, and Byron. They are very nice people love this place already👍

I have been coming here for 10 years and the service has consistently been excellent. The staff feel like family. For my daughter's checkup today, they were on time and also had a purple tooth brush bag waiting on the chair when she arrived. This was a thoughtful gesture that made her happy and reduced her general anxiety about going to the dentist. I had a dental appointment yesterday but I arrived an hour or so earlier than expected. I called ahead asking if it was possible to get me in earlier and I was told they were booked. I was told that I could swing by if I wanted to and maybe they could figure something out. They absolutely did!! I was very pleased. Very courteous group at this dental clinic. Highly recommend..

I love this place. Drayia In the front office is amazing. My entire family are patients of Simmonds dental. Recently my 9yr daughter had to have teeth pulled and Dr. Simmonds took her time and was very patient with a scared child. When the procedure was complete, Dr. Simmonds wiped my Brayla’s face and gave her a hug which made her feel better. Dr. Catrell is who takes great care of me.
